Fee Calculation for Cases with Pre-settlement Agreements

Where the parties reach a settlement agreement prior to applying for arbitration and request the Commission to issue a mediation award or arbitral award, the arbitration fee shall be charged at the following ratios after calculating fees in accordance with standard case rates:

Below RMB 10 million (inclusive)

50% of standard arbitration fee

RMB 10 million to RMB 100 million (inclusive)

39450 + 35% of standard arbitration fee for the amount exceeding RMB 10 million

Above RMB 100 million

210950 + 25% of standard arbitration fee for the amount exceeding RMB 100 million
