5700 + 4.2% of the portion of disputed amount exceeding RMB 100,000
Amount exceeding RMB 200,000 up to RMB 500,000
9900 + 2.5% of the portion of disputed amount exceeding RMB 200,000
Amount exceeding RMB 500,000 up to RMB 1,000,000
17400 + 1.5% of the portion of disputed amount exceeding RMB 500,000
Amount exceeding RMB 1,000,000 up to RMB 50,000,000
24900 + 0.6% of the portion of disputed amount exceeding RMB 1,000,000
Amount above RMB 50,000,000
318900 + 0.5% of the portion of disputed amount exceeding RMB 50,000,000
For arbitration cases applied for on or after April 1, 2025, if the disputed amount of a single original claim or counterclaim exceeds RMB 2 billion, no arbitration fee shall be charged for the disputed amount exceeding RMB 2 billion.
